Burning'I think my knees working a little too much for the past 2 days. Ran this evening and as planned, I covered 5km. I feel so great and satisfied. Starting to time myself and giving myself a target. I'm so looking forward to any upcoming runs. Hmm... Planning AHM's 10km. But I struggled so hard jus to complete 5km. *smug*
My knees are burning too much that now walking itself is giving me problem. Hopefully Glucosamine will help.
